Chile Earthquake

Has anyone heard anything from CI on their kids?  I have Scarlett and Maura who live in the Valpariso area and am so eager to hear.  I realize that the region is in chaos but can't help but worry.  I have only had these little ones for 2 months but already love them from just their pictures.  Would love to hear from any of you.

  • Hi, I called the number today to check on my child, Patricio and they said that the area that he lives in seems to be in good shape, homes faired well and no reports of injuries. They had no more details but said that they should know more in about a week. God bless.

    I can tell you that thus far there have been no reports of injuries to sponsored children or their families.  We're still trying to get additional information, as we have our staff go into the field and check on each child individually, so we'll just have to provide the information as we receive it.
