My sister spent 2 weeks there for Heart to Heart International. She is a doctor and their clinic was across the street from a school that had collapsed with children in it. It was such a sad place to be, but she was impressed by how tought these people are as well as how friendly.
Here is a little info on that organization:

Heart for Haiti
"Heart to Heart International continues to provide much needed relief to the crisis situation in Haiti. Emergency officials have estimated the latest death toll to exceed 222,500. Shelter and sanitation have become major concerns as officials must now account for overcrowded sites and the upcoming rainy season. Our teams are now working to improve the conditions in seven separate locations including the Port-au-Prince, Leogone and Fondwa areas.
Our efforts are making an impact. Since the earthquake first hit, over 100 Health Care professionals have participated in hands-on relief efforts, allowing for over 50,000 Haitians to receive much needed assistance. In addition, $6 million worth of medical and humanitarian aid, and over 1 million meals have been distributed throughout the affected regions."
Our commitment to improving the health conditions in Haiti is long-term. Medical teams will continue to be deployed throughout 2010, 2011 and into the foreseeable future.
