  • What a gift for her mother and her. Or I should say what great gifts because the mattress, fan and groceries are so needed too. I have just read your updated blog. Ella's history brought tears to my eyes again, and the thank you from her: "a million of thanks is not enough". She is and has been a lucky girl having you as her sponsor!

The biggest portion of Ella's SNG went to getting a washing machine-dryer combo for her mother. Her mother does laundry for a living and has been doing it by hand for at least the last 8 years (and probably much longer!). Hopefully this will allow her to increase her income as well as lighten her load as a worker. She has worked very hard to raise her six daughters and deserves a break (her husband is sadly deceased). The fan is to help keep everyone in the house cool during the many hot days of summer! To learn more, please visit Ella's blog.
