Visiting Honduras

Has anyone ever visited their sponsored child in San Pedro Sula, Honduras?  I was just wondering well I have several questions.  What is the field office like there?  Did a CI person pick you up from the airport and take you to your hotel?  Where they kind of like a tour guide?  Also, what did you do once you met the family?  If you went out and spent the day with the family, what did you do?  About how much money do you spend on the family, or the child?  How many days did you spend in Honduras because I read that you are only allowed to spend one day with the child.  Please give me the scoop on traveling to this region.  If someone has a blog posted about Honduras I would love to read it.  Thanks so much.
