I am 40 years old and I currently live in Denton, TX.  God put a passion in my heart about 15 years ago to sponsor kids that don't have alot.  I have been sponsoring ever since and have loved every minute of it.  You don't really grasp the impact you have on your sponsored kid and their family until you visit them and get a hug that you have never felt before.  The parent(s) or Aunts and Uncles and Grandparents usually can't say thank you enough and the joy in their eyes seeing someone showing compassion for their child is well worth it.  Children International is good at what they do and I am happy to be associated with them and I will be as long as I am able to sponsor kids. 

About Me:
After reading about human trafficking and seeing how people are abducting children at early ages and selling them for sex slaves and parents selling their kids for money, I decided to sponsor kids, especially girls, to better their chances of not having that happen to them.
