I have nine kids of my own, and sponsor several children.  My main focus is on Zambia and the Philippines, but also have kids from Mexico, Guatemala, India and the Dominican Republic.

I am a single adoptive mother to nine great kids via US foster care.

What I love about Children International and LiftOne:
I love all the opportunities to make a real difference in a child's life, and to be able to SEE the difference being made! It's great to be able to connect with others who share this passion with me!

Interests and hobbies:
I love Facebook; I love my pets - including my three wonderful puppies and my cats (to name a few); I love spending time with my kids, and of course corresponding with my sponsor kids! I enjoy advocating for Children International, and telling people about the joys of sponsorship! I also "foster" baby elephants through the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust!

Favorite places:
I love Georgia, especially the Northern part! My favorite place to visit is Sweden, especially Visby. I am a Mall of America addict, as well! And dream of another visit to the Bahamas.

Favorite stuff:
Taking photographs, playing with my pups, being on the computer, watching movies in bed, reading Stephen King...
